TO FURTHER SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT AS THE DIRECTORS SEE FIT FROM TIME TO TIME IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY: - THE RELIEF OF THOSE IN NEED, HARDSHIP AND/OR DISTRESS BY OFFERING RELIEF AND ASSISTANCE TO IDENTIFIED FINANCIALLY STRUGGLING PEOPLE BY WAY OF MONETARY GRANTS AND OR MATERIAL. - THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY BY OFFERING PREVENTIVE MEASURES TO IDENTIFIED NEEDY PEOPLE IN ORDER TO ASSIST THEM OVERCOME THEIR POVERTY LEVELS AND BY PROVIDING THEM WITH LONG TERM SOLUTIONS TO PREVENT OR OVERCOME THEIR POVERTY. - THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING BY OFFERING MONETARY GRANTS AND MATERIALS TO SUPPORT THE EDUCATIONAL NEEDS OF THOSE IN HIGHER EDUCATION AND BY OFFERING TRAINING TO YOUNG PEOPLE AND YOUNG ADULTS AS FUTURE LEADERS IN ORDER TO MOLD THEM INTO BEING GREAT LEADERS CONTRIBUTING FULLY TO SOCIETY. - THE PROMOTION OF THE ARTS, CULTURE AND HERITAGE BY IDENTIFYING AND PROMOTING HIGH QUALITY ART AND ARTISTIC TALENT AMONG THE GENERAL PUBLIC; BY EDUCATING AND ENCOURAGING THE PUBLIC IN GOOD CULTURAL PRACTICES IN ORDER TO CREATE A MORE PEACEFUL SOCIETY; AND BY EDUCATING THE PUBLIC ABOUT THE VALUE OF HISTORY, CULTURE AND HERITAGE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT.
