Facilitate group discussions, physical activities, healthier cooking skills for Black African, Caribbean Heritage & Global Majority Communities at risk/diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes through the voice of lived experience/knowledge of Peer Educators, Health Coaches/Practitioners to address life-style, nutrition, weight management etc, to reduce the onset of diabetes complications and poor health.

Charitable objects
THE PROMOTION OF SOCIAL INCLUSION AMONG THE BAMER COMMUNITY OF HACKNEY AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS WHO ARE SOCIALLY EXCLUDED FROM SOCIETY, OR PARTS OF SOCIETY, AS A RESULT OF LIVING WITH OR BEING AT A GREATER RISK OF TYPE 2 DIABETES AND THE ASSOCIATED DISORDERS, DUE TO LACK OF AWARENESS OF SUPPORT AND UNWILLINGNESS TO SEEK HELP DUE TO CULTURAL DIFFERENCES, BY IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY: 1. PROVIDING EDUCATION AND INFORMATION TO SUPPORT AND ENABLE PEOPLE TO UNDERSTAND THE ISSUES CONNECTED WITH TYPE 2 DIABETES; 2. RAISING PUBLIC AWARENESS OF THE ISSUES AFFECTING THE BAMER COMMUNITY IN RELATION TO THE PREVALENCE OF THE CONDITION AMONGST THE COMMUNITY; 3. PROVIDING LEARNING PROGRAMMES AND WORKSHOPS TO ENABLE PEOPLE TO GAIN A BETTER UNDERSTANDING OF THE CONDITION AND HOW IT AFFECTS THE COMMUNITY.
