THE OBJECTIVE OF THE GROUP SHALL BE TO RELIEVE THE BLIND OR THE PARTIALLY SIGHTED, OR
THOSE LABOURING UNDER SOME TEMPORARY, OR PERMANENT INCAPACITY OR DISABILITY, WHICH
MAKES READING A STRAIN, BY THE PROVISION OF RECORDED AUDIO MEDIA OR OTHER ADAPTED
SERVICES.
