4.1 THE OBJECT OF THE CIO (THE "OBJECT") IS THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE BUDDHIST RELIGION UNDER THE GUIDANCE OF THE GUAN YIN CITTA TRADITION AS TAUGHT BY MASTER JUN HONG LU, THE FOUNDER OF THE GUAN YIN CITTA TRADITION, IN PARTICULAR BY: 4.1.1 PROMOTING THE TEACHING, STUDY, PRACTICE AND PRACTICAL APPLICATION OF BUDDHISM AND GUAN YIN CITTA IN THE UK; 4.1.2 ORGANISING PUBLIC EVENTS AND FACILITATING THE PUBLIC DISSEMINATION AND INTERCHANGE OF IDEAS AND INFORMATION ABOUT THE PRACTICE OF BUDDHISM; AND 4.1.3 PROMOTING ACTIVITIES TO FOSTER RACIAL AND RELIGIOUS HARMONY, EQUALITY, DIVERSITY AND PEACE.
