TO PROVIDE THE NECESSARY FACILITIES FOR THE DAILY CARE, RECREATION AND EDUCATION OF CHILDREN DURING OUT OF SCHOOL HOURS AND SCHOOL HOLIDAYS. TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF YOUNG PEOPLE BETWEEN THE AGES OF 11 AND 18 FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN PARTICULAR BY ORGANISING AND FACILITATING LEADERSHIP TRAINING PROGRAMMES AND BY PROVIDING SUPPORT FOR YOUNG PEOPLE TO UNDERTAKE VOLUNTEERING ACTIVITIES.
