Charitable objects
TO PROMOTE, MAINTAIN, IMPROVE AND ADVANCE PUBLIC EDUCATION, PARTUCULARLY BY THE PRODUCTION OF EDUCATIONAL PLAYS AND THE ENCOURAGEMENT OF THE ARTS, INCLUDING THE ARTS OF DRAMA, CINEMA, MIME, IMPROVISATION, DANCE, SINGING AND MUSIC, AND TO FORMULATE, PRPARE AND ESTABLISH SCHEMES THEREFOR AND IN PARTICULAR TO ACQUIRE REFURBISH AND SUBSEQUENTLY MANAGE OR TO SUPPORT THE ACQUISTION REFURBISHMENT AND SUBSEQUENT MANAGEMENT OF THE ROYAL COURT THEATRE LIVERPOOL PROVIDED THAT ALL OBJECTS OF THE SOCIETY SHALL BE OF A CHARITABLE NATURE.
