SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS ARE WITHIN THE OBJECTS OF THE COAL INDUSTRY SOCIAL WELFARE ORGANISATION IN ANY COUNTY ANY PART OF WHICH IS FOR THE TIME BEING COMPRISED IN THE SOUTH WALES AREA OF THE NATIONAL COAL BOARD OR WAS COMPRISED IN THE SOUTH-WESTERN DIVISION OF THAT BOARD.
