THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR THE RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION OF PEOPLE WITH PHYSICAL AND/OR MENTAL DISABILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
