THE OBJECTS FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT FOR WHICH THE FOUNDATION IS ESTABLISHED ARE THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION, IN RUSSIA, THE UNITED KINGDOM AND THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AND TO PROMOTE SUCH OTHER PURPOSES AS ARE NOW OR MAY HEREAFTER BE DEEMED BY ENGLISH LAW TO BE CHARITABLE.
