Charitable objects
THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ARE: TO PREVENT AND RELIEVE POVERTY, HARDSHIP AND DISTRESS CAUSED BY THE BREAKDOWN OF MARRIAGES AND OTHER FAMILY RELATIONSHIPS AND BY CONFLICT IN FAMILY RELATIONSHIPS, INCLUDING (BUT WITHOUT LIMITATION) THE HARDSHIP AND DISTRESS WHICH MAY BE EXPERIENCED BY CHILDREN WHOSE PARENTS SEPARATE OR DIVORCE; TO FURTHER THE SOUND ADMINISTRATION OF THE LAW, PARTICULARLY FAMILY LAW; TO ADVANCE EDUCATION IN RELATIONSHIPS AND FAMILY LIFE THROUGH THE DEVELOPMENT OF EDUCATIONAL AND TRAINING RESOURCES FOR COUPLES, FAMILIES, CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE AND FOR PROFESSIONALS WORKING IN THE FIELD OF RELATIONSHIPS EDUCATION, AND SUPPORT FOR THOSE EXPERIENCING FAMILY BREAKDOWN OR FAMILY LAW, AND THROUGH CONDUCTING RESEARCH INTO ANY ASPECTS OF RELATIONSHIPS AND FAMILY LIFE, FAMILY BREAKDOWN, AND FAMILY LAW AND ITS ADMINISTRATION, AND PUBLISHING THE USEFUL RESULTS OF SUCH RESEARCH; AND TO PROMOTE ANY OBJECTS WHICH ARE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES.
