THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE: (1) THE PROVISION OF HOUSING ACCOMMODATION FOR BENEFICIARIES. (2) SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES BENEFICIAL TO THE BENEFICIARIES OR A SUFFICIENT SECTION OF THEM AS THE CHARITY TRUSTEES DECIDE.
