Charitable objects
THE OBJECT OF THE CIO SHALL BE TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS OF MANLAND PRIMARY SCHOOL IN HARPENDEN (HEREINAFTER CALLED "THE SCHOOL') BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF EDUCATIONAL, RECREATIONAL AND OTHER CHARITABLE FACILITIES OR RESOURCES NOT REQUIRED TO BE PROVIDED OR FINANCED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY OR THE DEPARTMENT FOR EDUCATION.
