THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE EDUCATION AND PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT OF YOUNG PEOPLE BY THE PROVISION OF SAIL TRAINING. 3. THE ADVANCEMENT OF AMATEUR SPORT BY ENTERING YOUTH TEAMS FOR TALL SHIPS RACES.
