TO PROVIDE REHEARSAL, MEETING, WORKSHOP AND PERFORMANCE FACILITIES FOR COMMUNITY GROUPS, WITH A SPECIAL EMPHASIS ON MUSIC AND ARTS GROUPS. TO ENCOURAGE THE ENJOYMENT OF MUSIC AND THE ARTS BY ALL PEOPLE IRRESPECTIVE OF ETHNICITY, DISABILITY, GENDER, AGE, SEXUAL ORIENTATION OR RELIGIOUS BELIEFS.
