MEMORANDUM AND ARTICLES INCORPORATED 05 AUG 2014 AS AMENDED BY SPECIAL RESOLUTION REGISTERED AT COMPANIES HOUSE ON 10 MAY 2016 as amended on 23 Dec 2025
Charitable objects
2.1 To promote health and wellbeing through the provision of yoga, holistic therapies, and mind-body practices that support individuals in managing chronic conditions, pain, and stress. 2.2 To advance education by offering workshops, training, and community programs in the practice and philosophy of yoga, and other holistic approaches to self-care and nervous system regulation. 2.3 To support those in need due to ill health, disability, financial hardship, or other disadvantage by providing accessible, low-cost, or free therapeutic support, including yoga-based interventions and complementary therapies. 2.4 To foster community and social inclusion by creating a welcoming space where individuals can connect, heal, and develop resilience through shared practices and supportive group experiences. 2.5 To cultivate the professional development of yoga teachers, therapists, and health practitioners in holistic and trauma-sensitive approaches, ensuring ethical, evidence-informed, and compassionate care. This is to replace clause 2.6 in the original articles and to remove clauses 2.1 to 2.5.
