THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ("OBJECTS") SHALL BE SPECIFICALLY RESTRICTED TO: THE ADVANCEMENT OF AMATEUR SPORT; AND THE PROMOTION OF COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF GUILDFORD, ITS SURROUNDING AREA AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC IN PARTICULAR, BY THE TEACHING, DEVELOPMENT AND PRACTICE OF HIGH BOARD AND SPRINGBOARD DIVING FOR ITS MEMBERS AND TO SUCH OTHER BODIES AS THE CLUB MAY DETERMINE FROM TIME TO TIME
