PROVIDING THE MEANS TO IMPROVE WATER SUPPLIES PARTICULARLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY PROMOTING THE USE OF HYPOCHLOROUS ACID (HOCL) AND 2. EDUCATING THE PUBLIC IN STANDARDS OF HYGIENE AND IN PARTICULAR AS TO THE USE OF HOCL AND ANY OTHER MEANS OF CONTROLLING WATER-BORNE DISEASES AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONTAMINATION
