Charitable objects

(I) TO RELIEVE SUCH MENTALLY HANDICAPPED CHILDREN RESIDENT IN THE WARDS OF MILES PLATTING GORTON NORTH AND GORTON SOUTH IN THE CITY OF MANCHESTER AND NEIGHBOURHOOD (HEREINAFTER CALLED THE AREA OF BENEFIT). (II) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AND PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR THE RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION OF SUCH MENTALLY HANDICAPPED CHILDREN RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
