Charitable objects
1. TO PROMOTE GOOD HEALTH AMONGST EXPECTANT WOMEN AND THEIR BABIES SO AS TO REDUCE THE LIKELIHOOD OF STILLBIRTH IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY CONDUCTING PROJECTS TO RAISE AWARENESS OF MATERNAL HEALTH, FOETAL WELLBEING AND THE RHYTHM OF THEIR BABY’S LIFE INCLUDING BY THE PROVISION OF KICK BANDS TO MONITOR THE BABY’S PATTERN OF MOVEMENT AND BY SUCH OTHER MEANS AS THE TRUSTEES FROM TIME TO TIME DECIDE. 2. TO RELIEVE THE SUFFERING AND EMOTIONAL DISTRESS OF PERSONS WHO HAVE EXPERIENCED THE LOSS OF A CHILD BY THE PROVISION OF PRACTICAL SUPPORT AND INFORMATION, AND BY BRINGING BEREAVED PARENTS TOGETHER TO SHARE THEIR EXPERIENCES WITH OTHERS IN SIMILAR SITUATIONS.
