Charitable objects

(1) THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF A RECREATION GROUND AND PLAYING FIELD (INCLUDING A BOWLING GREEN) FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE BOROUGH OF BLYTH VALLEY WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDTIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS. (2) THE SAID LAND SHALL BE HELD UPON TRUST FOR THE PURPOSE OF A RECREATION GROUND AND PLAYING FIELD AS AFORESAID.
