THE OBJECT OF ORACLE WINTERGUARD SHALL BE TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF YOUNG PEOPLE BY THE PROVISION OF PERFORMING ARTS ACTIVITIES, TO HELP DEVELOPE THEIR PHYSICAL,MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES SO THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY FURTHER TO THIS THE MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE WILL HAVE THE POWERS TO AID IN THE PROVISION OF FACITLITIES, EQUIPMENT AND INSTRUCTION. RAISE FUNDS INVITING AND RECIEVING CONTRIBUTIONS FROM A PERSON/PERSONS BY WAY OF SUBCRIPTIONS OR DONATION WHILST NOT UNDERTAKING PERMANENT TRADING ACTIVITIES TO RAISE FUNDS, FOR IT'S CHARITABLE OBJECT, PURCHASE, HIRE OR AQUIRE PROPERTY, RIGHTS AND PRIVILAGES FOR THE PROMOTION OF THE OBJECTIVE
