TO RELIEVE POVERTY AND HARDSHIP AMONG HOMELESS PEOPLE IN WEST BERKSHIRE, IN PARTICULAR BY PROVIDING GOODS AND SERVICES TO CHARITIES OR OTHER ORGANISATIONS WORKING TO RELIEVE POVERTY AND HARDSHIP AMONG SUCH PEOPLE.
