THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS: TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF PUPILS IN THE SCHOOL, IN PARTICULAR BY: (1) PROVIDING FACILITIES OR EQUIPMENT WHICH ARE NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE EDUCATION FUNDING AGENCY; (2) DEVELOPING EFFECTIVE RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN THE STAFF, PARENTS/CARERS, AND OTHERS ASSOCIATED WITH THE SCHOOL; (3) PROVIDING ADDITIONAL SUPPORT AND SERVICES TO STUDENTS WHO ARE IN NEED OF ASSISTANCE.
