THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN DEPRIVED AREAS IN THE NORTH EAST OF ENGLAND BY PROVIDING THE PROVISION OF SERVICES TO SUPPORT THE DEVELOPMENT OF INDIVIDUALS' CAPABILITIES, COMPETENCES, UNDERSTANDING AND SKILLS THROUGH SCHOOL AND LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES.
