IN ADDITION, THERE IS A COMMUNITY CAFE OPEN FOR TENANTS, VISITORS AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC AND A RANGE OF MEETING ROOMS AVAILABLE FOR HIRE BY THE LOCAL COMMUNITY, CHARITIES AND BUSINESSES ON A GRADED HIRE RATE.
