THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF A RECREATIONAL FIELD AND SPORTS FACILITIES FOR THE USE OF THE IN-HABITANTS OF BOURNEMOUTH AND SURROUNDING AREAS, AND IN PARTICULAR NORTH BOURNEMOUTH WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, PROVIDED IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.
