Charitable objects
4.1 THE RELIEF OF UNEMPLOYMENT AND POVERTY FOR THE BENEFIT OF YOUNG PEOPLE AGED 16 TO 30, EX-OFFENDERS AND EX-SERVICEMEN BY INVOLVING BUSINESSES, VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS AND LOCAL AUTHORITIES IN THE ADVANCEMENT OF APPRENTICESHIPS, TRAINING, THE CREATION OF OPPORTUNITIES FOR EMPLOYMENT AND IN SUCH OTHER WAYS AS MAYBE THOUGHT FIT; 4.2 FOR ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSE OR PURPOSES RELATING TO THE RELIEF OF UNEMPLOYMENT, THE RELIEF OF POVERTY, THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING, AND THE PROMOTION OF EQUALITY AND DIVERSITY BY THE MEANS OF PRACTICAL ADVICE, APPRENTICESHIPS AND OTHER PROGRAMMES PROVIDED BY AND DELIVERED BY BUSINESSES, VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS AND LOCAL AUTHORITIES WHICH HAVE BUSINESS OPERATIONS IN THOSE LOCAL COMMUNITIES INTENDED TO BENEFIT FROM SUCH OBJECTIVES
