TO PROVIDE A VILLAGE HALL TO BE HELD UPON TRUST FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE AREA OF NESS AND DISTRICT IN THE COUNTY OF CHESHIRE WITHOUT DISTINCTIONOF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, INCLUDING USE FOR MEETINGS, LECTURES AND CLASSES AND FOR OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION WITH TH OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CNDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.
