THE CHARITABLE PURPOSES OF THE CHARITY ARE TO ADVANCE HEALTH AND RELIEVE SUFFERING IN RELATION TO OFFENDERS AND EX-OFFENDERS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THOSE AFFECTED BY ABUSE OF ALCOHOL AND OTHER SUBSTANCES, BY SUCH CHARITABLE MEANS AS THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION THINK FIT.
