(1) THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ARE, FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC: (A) THE GENERAL BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE AREA OF BENEFIT IN SUCH CHARITABLE WAYS AS THE TRUSTEE THINKS FIT; (B) THE PRESERVATION AND MAINTENANCE OF THE WAR MEMORIAL SITUATED IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT. (2) THE PROPERTY IDENTIFIED IN PART 2 OF THE SCHEDULE TO THIS SCHEME MUST BE RETAINED BY THE TRUSTEE FOR USE FOR THE OBJECT AT SUB-CLAUSE 1(B) ABOVE. “THE AREA OF BENEFIT” MEANS THE PARISH OF HOLME, CAMBRIDGESHIRE.
