Run a Community Centre to provide facilities for recreation and leisure time occupation for the benefit of the inhabitants of Thringstone and the surrounding area without distinction of sex, age, disability, nationality, political or religious beliefs who have need of such facilities, or for the public at large, in the interests of the social welfare of the said inhabitants.
