Charitable objects
(A) TO PROMOTE THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF ALL THOSE CONCERNED WITH HEALTH CARE IN NORTH WARWICKSHIRE. (B) PROVIDE A CENTRE TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR THE HOLDING OF MEETINGS, DEMONSTRATIONS (INCLUDING CLINICAL), LIBRARY FACILITIES AND TO PROVIDE ACCOMMODATION FOR VOLUNARY BODIES CONCERNED WITH HEALTH CARE (FOR FURTHER DETAILS SEE CLAUSE (C) AND (D) OF THE CONSTITUTION).
