THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS TO PROMOTE AND ADVANCE PUBLIC EDUCATION AND UNDERSTANDING OF THE PHILOSOPHY AND PRACTICE OF YOGA, BY PROVIDING YEAR-ROUND, ACCESSIBLE OPPORTUNITIES TO EXPERIENCE THE PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL BENEFITS OF YOGA FOR THE PEOPLE IN BRIGHTON AND HOVE AND SURROUNDING AREAS, PARTICULARLY THOSE WHO HAVE NEVER PERSONALLY ENCOUNTERED IT OR WHO MAY FEEL EXCLUDED FROM IT.
