Activities - how the charity spends its money
Copperdale provides a home for homeless young people aged between 15 - 24, providing 24 hour a day support and aims to empower marginalised young people to gain better life chances. An additional project, The United Estates of Wythenshawe, provides an alternative community centre which is open to all ages including young people who are at risk of becoming involved in gangs and poor life choices.

Charitable objects
THE TRUST IS ESTABLISHED TO PROMOTE ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY IN THE CITY OF MANCHESTER AND THE SURROUNDING AREA ESPECIALLY THE DISTRICT OF WYTHENSHAWE AND ITS NEIGHBOURHOOD AND IN PARTICULAR THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION, THE FURTHERANCE OF HEALTH, THE RELIEF OF POVERTY AND SICKNESS, THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES WITHIN THE MEANING OF THE RECREATIONAL CHARITIES ACT, 1958 AND THE RELIEF OF THE SUFFERING AND DISTRESS OF ANIMALS IN NEED OF CARE AND PROTECTION.
