THE PROMOTION OF HEALTHY RECREATION AND SPORTS FOR CHILDREN AND YOUNG ADULTS UP TO THE AGE OF 21 YEARS OLD IN WILTSHIRE AND IT'S NEIGHBOURING COUNTIES, FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY MAKING GRANTS AND AWARDS TO INDIVIDUALS, COMMUNITY CLUBS AND ORGANISATIONS.
