TO BE USED AND ENJOYED FOR THE PURPOSE OF A BRANCH LIBRARY AND READING ROOM BY THE INHABITANTS OF THE BENEFIIAL AREA TO BE KNOWN AS THE WHITFIELD BRANCH LIBRARY OR FOR SUCH ORTHER PUBLIC PURPOSE AS THE TRUSTEES SHOULD DETERMINE. NOT WITHSTANDING ANYTHING ABOVE THE TRUSTEES MAY APPROPRIATE THE LAND BELONGING TO THE CHARITY FOR AS LONG AS THEY WISH FOR USE AS AN ADDITION TO THE ADJOINING RECREATION GROUND.
