Registered charity Seaton Gateway Theatre Company have a 30year rolling lease of the building. A wide and varied range of activities and events are organised by the company to generate funds for new equipment, furnishings and ongoing maintenance. The aim is to bring Arts and Culture to Seaton for residents and visitors alike whilst ensuring sustainability of the building.
