Charitable objects
TO PROMOTE MAINTAIN IMPROVE AND ADVANCE PUBLIC EDUCATION PARTICULARLY BY THE PRODUCTION OF EDUCATIONAL PLAYS AND THE ENCOURAGEMENT OF THE ARTS, INCLUDING THE ARTS OF DRAMA, CINEMA, MIME, IMPROVISATION, DANCE SINGING AND MUSIC AND TO FORMULATE ,PREPARE AND ESTABLISH SCHEMES THEREFOR AND IN PARTICULAR TO SUPPORT THE PLAYHOUSE THEATRE LIVERPOOL INCLUDING THE MAINTENANCE REPAIR AND EXTENSIONS OF THE STRUCTURE THEREOF PROVIDED THAT ALL OBJECTS OF THE SOCIETY SHALL BE OF A CHARITABLE NATURE.
