TO PROMOTE THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM IN UGANDA AND EAST AFRICA BY PROVIDING ASSISTANCE,ADVICE, TRAINING, EDUCATION AND OTHER FORMS OF SUPPORT TO:
• THOSE CHARGED OR CONVICTED, PARTICULARLY THOSE ON DEATH ROW;
• MEMBERS OF THE LEGAL PROFESSION; AND
• INDIVIDUALS/ ORGANISATIONS WORKING WITHIN THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE SECTOR.
