Charitable objects
AS PER CLAUSE 3 OF THE CHARITY'S TRUST DEED THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND UPON TRUST TO APPLY THE INCOME FOR OR TOWARDS:
3.1 THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION;
3.2 THE ADVANCEMENT OF AMATEUR SPORT;
AND ALL OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES FROM TIME TO TIME IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DECIDE.
"CHARITABLE PURPOSES" IS DEFINED AS PURPOSES WHICH ARE WHOLLY AND EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE ACCORDING TO THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES.
