TO RENOVATE, RESTORE, ENHANCE AND PRESERVE ST PETER'S CHURCH IN HINTON ROAD, BOURNEMOUTH (THE "CHURCH") AND ITS CHAPEL OF THE RESURRECTION WHICH SHALL INCLUDE BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO: (A) RENOVATING RESTORING, ENHANCING AND PRESERVING THE FEATURES, CONTENTS, ARCHITECTURE AND GROUNDS OF THE CHURCH AND CHAPEL OF THE RESURRECTION; AND (B) DEVELOPING A LITERATURE AND MUSIC CENTRE.
