Charitable objects
THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY (‘THE OBJECTS’) ARE TO RELIEVE POVERTY OF HOMELESS PEOPLE, THOSE AT RISK OF BECOMING HOMELESS OR THOSE IN INSECURE ACCOMMODATION BY:- 1)PROVIDING THEM WITH SHELTER AND A BASE TO REBUILD THEIR LIVES; 2)PROVIDING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE; AND 3)PROVIDING ASSISTANCE TO ANY REGISTERED CHARITY IN ENGLAND AND WALES WHO IS ESTABLISHED TO FURTHER THE SAME PURPOSE. (THING IN THIS DEED SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CHARITY FOR PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 7 OF THE CHARITIES AND TRUSTEE INVESTMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005 AND/OR SECTION 2 OF THE CHARITIES ACT(NORTHERN IRELAND) 2008.].
