Charitable objects
THE RELIEF OF THOSE IN NEED HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE PROVISION OF FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR MEDICAL TREATMENT, POVERTY ALLEVIATION AND EDUCATION TO VERY POOR FAMILIES OR PERSONS IN NEED IN KERALA, SOUTH INDIA. THE RELIEF OF THOSE IN NEED HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS BY THE PROVISION OF FINANCIAL AND OTHER NECESSARY HELP AND SUPPORT IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT LIMITED TO MALAYALI FAMILIES IN THE UNITED KINGDOM WHO ARE IN AN ABSOLUTE CRISIS SITUATION. TO FURTHER SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY AS THE TRUSTEES SEE FIT FROM TIME TO TIME IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT LIMITED TO PROMOTING THE SOCIAL INCLUSION OF THOSE FROM THE KERALA COMMUNITY LIVING IN AND AROUND WATFORD WHO MAY BE EXCLUDED FROM SOCIETY DUE TO THEIR ECONOMIC OR SOCIAL CIRCUMSTANCES, TO RELIEVE THEIR NEEDS AND TO BETTER SUPPORT THEM OBTAIN A BETTER WAY OF LIFE BY PROVIDING TRAINING CLASSES, EMPLOYMENT ORIENTED COURSES, MENTAL AND PHYSICAL HEALTH DEVELOPMENT, CHILDREN’S ACTIVITIES, CULTURAL ACTIVITIES AND EDUCATIONAL LECTURES FOR THEIR BENEFITS SO THAT THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED AND BY COORDINATING AND CONDUCTING FESTIVALS, CULTURAL PROGRAMMES AND AMATEUR SPORTS EVENTS WITH THE AIM TO PROMOTE AND ENHANCE KERALA CULTURE AMONG THE KERALA AND THE WIDER COMMUNITY LIVING IN AND AROUND WATFORD. TO FURTHER THE CHARITABLE WORK AND CHARITABLE PURPOSES OF SUCH OTHER CHARITIES IN THE UNITED KINGDOM AND IN INDIA AS APPROVED BY A MAJORITY OF TRUSTEES FROM TIME TO TIME FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT.
