Charitable objects

THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE: (1) TO ACT AS A RESOURCE FOR CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE LIVING IN BRIDPORT, DORSET (THE “AREA OF BENEFIT”) BY PROVIDING THEM WITH A MEETING AND ACTIVITY SPACE, ADVICE AND ASSISTANCE WHERE THEY ARE IN NEED OF IT AND BY ORGANISING PROGRAMMES OF PHYSICAL, EDUCATIONAL, AND OTHER ACTIVITIES AS A MEANS OF: (A) ADVANCING THEM IN LIFE, RELIEVING THEIR NEEDS AND BY HELPING THEM DEVELOP THEIR LIFE SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES SO THAT THEY CAN BETTER PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AN INDEPENDENT, MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS; (B) ADVANCING THEIR EDUCATION; AND (C) PREVENTING THEM FROM BECOMING SOCIALLY EXCLUDED DUE TO THEIR AGE, ECONOMIC OR SOCIAL CIRCUMSTANCES ALL WITH THE AIM OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
