TO PROMOTE AND PROTECT THE HEALTH AND SAFETY OF WOMEN AND GIRLS AFFECTED BY DOMESTIC VIOLENCE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT THROUGH EDUCATION AND AWARENESS-RAISING, TRAINING AND INFORMATION.
