FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO ADVANCE EDUCATION (AND TRAINING) AND TO PROMOTE THE SOCIAL INCLUSION OF THOSE EXCLUDED FROM SOCIETY, OR PART OF SOCIETY, IN ENGLAND DUE TO ECONOMIC DISADVANTAGE (INCLUDING UNEMPLOYMENT) AND TO RELIEVE THEIR NEEDS IN PARTICULAR BY: A. TO PROVIDE TRAINING THROUGH POSITIVE PRACTICAL PROJECTS AND WORK EXPERIENCE OPPORTUNITIES IN SOCIAL ENTERPRISE DEVELOPMENT; B.
