Charitable objects
(1) THE CHARITYÆS OBJECTS ("OBJECTS") ARE SPECIFICALLY RESTRICTED TO THE FOLLOWING: TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE PRESERVATION OF THE HISTORICAL, ARCHITECTURAL AND CONSTRUCTIONAL HERITAGE OF THE PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT OF THE UNITED KINGDOM FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY: (A) PROVIDING INFORMATION AND/OR ADVICE TO VOLUNTARY, NOT FOR PROFIT AND CHARITABLE ORGANISATIONS ESTABLISHED TO: (I) PROMOTE THE PRESERVATION OF BUILDINGS OR SITES OF HISTORIC OR ARCHITECTURAL IMPORTANCE OR OTHER HERITAGE ASSETS; AND / OR (II) RESTORE, PROTECT OR CONSERVE THE HISTORIC ENVIRONMENT; AND/OR (III) PROVIDE REGENERATED HERITAGE ASSETS FOR COMMUNITIES WHICH FACILITATE A VARIETY OF USES CONTRIBUTING TO HEALTH AND WELL-BEING AND TARGETING QUALITY OF LIFE IMPROVEMENTS; AND/OR (IV) PROMOTE SOCIAL INCLUSION BY PROVIDING ACCESS TO HERITAGE ASSETS; (B) CARRYING OUT AND PUBLISHING RESEARCH.
