Charitable objects
THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE: A) TO SUPPORT THE DEVELOPMENT OF YOUNG PEOPLE BY: 1) DEVELOPING CAPABILITIES, COMPETENCES, SKILLS AND UNDERSTANDING ABOUT THE FIELD OF DANCE AND PHYSICAL HEALTH AND WELLBEING; 2) INCREASING INDIVIDUAL AND COLLECTIVE KNOWLEDGE IN DANCE, CHOREOGRAPHY, AND THE PERFORMING ARTS; 3) SUPPORTING THE CULTIVATION OF CULTURE BY ENCOURAGING HIGH STANDARDS OF ART AND PERFORMANCE; AND 4) PRODUCING ARTS FESTIVALS THAT BRING TOGETHER REGIONAL DANCE GROUPS TO PERFORM AND PARTICIPATE IN DANCE WORKSHOPS. B) TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND TRAINING FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN THE ART, PRACTICE AND APPRECIATION OF DANCE.
