THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION OF CHILDREN PRIMARILY UNDER STATUTORY SCHOOL AGE BY THE OPERATION OF A PRE-SCHOOL PROVIDING CHILDCARE AND EARLY YEARS LEARNING SETTING IN A DISADVANTAGED AREA.
