DEVELOPING EFFECTIVE RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN STAFF, PARENTS AND OTHERS ASSOCIATED WITH THE BREAKFAST CLUB, PRE-SCHOOL AND AFTER SCHOOL CLUB AND INCLUDING PEOPLE IN THE LOCAL COMMUNITY; B. ENGAGING IN ACTIVITIES OR PROVIDING FACILITIES OR EQUIPMENT WHICH SUPPORT THE PRE-SCHOOL AND ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PRE-SCHOOL CHILDREN; C. PROVIDING FACILITIES OR EQUIPMENT WHICH SUPPORT THE BEFORE AND AFTER SCHOOL CARE AND DEVELOPMENT OF CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 12.
